  1. Thank you so much for your heart for others. The quilts are so beautiful and I know how much they will be loved by the children who are blessed by the gift of your love, time and commitment. As a Guardian Ad Litem of 19 years and the Administrator of four group homes caring for children in the care of Social Services, I know how much this means to a child who has to be removed from their family for their protection. In Christ’s words “Suffer the little children to come unto me”, I know first hand how they suffer even when they are being “protected”. They have to leave their things and the life they have know just to make sure that the abuse and neglect stop. So having something that is “just for them” means more than you know. God bless you for each moment you spend in the work for others. You are truly modeling Christlike behavior. Thank you for the children that you are blessing. I only have two guardian cases at this time, and it was difficult to make the choice from all the beautiful creations I saw. I know that the children in my “homes” will also benefit since they have Guardians as well. Currently we have 18 children in care from 5 months to 18 years. This is home for them, and your work has made it that much more like a home should be. Thank you, God bless you and multiply your blessings as you go forward.
